The box was born out of a desire to help encourage those living with chronic illness, mental health issues, or stressful lives to take time for themselves and look forward to receiving a little care in their mailboxes each month. 

The boxes are carefully curated and filled with items like aromatherapy products, teas, helpful journals, bath and body goodies, mindfulness projects, and more, and make a great gift for yourself or a loved one.
